Welcome to Cook Nights

We love food and wanted to learn new and old techniques to improve our cooking skills and eating experiences. We started cooking together once a fortnight back in August 2010 and haven't looked back. We have recreated many traditional dishes following recipes and used our own imagination and a variety of ingredients to create new ones.

Over the past few years we have made challenging dishes from homemade pate, pasta and breads and also used ingredients like Quorn, meat, fish and seafood, haggis, black pudding and vegetables in our cooking. Follow our discovery, creation and enjoyment of fabulous food.
