Honey Roast Ham

This Christams Babs & Despinaki were serving 6 adults. So we bought a large ham (serves 13-15!). We smeared it with clear honey and studded it with plenty of cloves.

We cooked it in the oven as per instructions, let it rest well and Mr Babs kindly carved it for us. We served it with roast vegetables, roast potatoes and a gravy.
