Salmon Tagliatelle

Feeling that we are getting quite good at this making fresh pasta malarkey, we decided to up our game with colours and textures.

This pasta was given its warm orangey tone by adding a good dollop of tomato puree at the kneading stage.

In keeping with the colour scheme we decided to pair it with smoked salmon pieces, mushrooms and Philadelphia cheese. Also see our green herby tagliatelle.
